SV Logistics provides freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics services as described on our website. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Quotations
All quotations provided are estimates based on information provided at the time of quotation. Final charges may vary based on actual dimensions, weight, customs requirements, and other factors. Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their shipments, including cargo description, dimensions, weight, and any special requirements. Clients must also ensure all necessary documentation is provided in a timely manner.
4. Liability
SV Logistics acts as an intermediary between clients and carriers. Our liability is limited as per the terms of the relevant carrier's bill of lading or air waybill. We recommend cargo insurance for all shipments.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations and invoices. Standard payment terms are advance payment or as agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges.
6. Customs and Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring their goods comply with all applicable export and import regulations. SV Logistics will assist with documentation but is not responsible for goods detained due to non-compliance.
